I remember back ~ 2007 or so, someone had said on GC Pub that "if you try Thai Food, you won't eat Chinese food again." (I have a photographic memory for useless moments... )
He is definitely correct. Lots of very good dishes, spiced perfectly, hitting every single taste bud (sweet, sour, spicy). The prices are higher than Chinese takeout for sure, but it's good to try once in a while for
Pad Kee Mao ("Drunken Noodles") is probably my favorite.
