Is it really a "championship" if no one cares?

I can't really get my heart into clowning on them about this, since our fans didn't exactly light it up in showing up for the Sugar Bowl.

That said, I think this points to a bigger issue that I've had for the past couple of years: All this push to create super conferences by cannibalizing conferences like the ACC and Big East has me feeling like they're going to destroy what's good in college football all in the pursuit of the big money. I fucking hate it, personally. Old man rant over.
