Phil Steele has us at 10, but he's also got F$U as number 1, so I don't put a lot of stock in his opinion.

Are we going to suck this year? Hard to say, since our quarterback situation is so up in the air. We'll have a pretty good defense, I think, but we really need to move the ball.

Tough call this year. I think we're more competitive but that doesn't necessarily mean we'll win more games. The defense should be better and honestly I don't think the offense could be any worse than last year. I think if we get any production from our WRs this year it will make running the ball a lot easier. Plus I really think that Gillislee (sp) is going to break out with more touches. I'm saying 9-4 with the bowl win.

I think that's a reasonable prediction, 95. I remember we were ranked 80-something in total offense last year. That's just awful. Based on talent alone, we should be in the top third in the country every single year - the only logical conclusion I can reach is that Charlie Weiss wasn't a great choice for OC.

Defense should be good. Would like to see them put pressure on QB's though. Offense can't be worse can it?
