Wow. I knew about the Dershowitz thing (his column criticizing her is here), but I had no idea just how much of a raging bitch she was. I didn't know that Sandy D'Alemberte called her out, either.
Anyway, she ought to know better - as a public official, she has no right to squelch speech critical of her. There's almost no such thing as defamation of a public official, especially when it relates to public criticism of her job performance. She's using the power of her office to bully folks like Littlepage, D'Alemberte and now Dershowitz. That is exactly the kind of person that shouldn't be in office.
She's biting off more than she can chew IMHO.
