Define overpriced. Homes like anything are worth what someone will pay. It's market driven.

And I would say a lot of home prices have fallen already.

Home prices have definitely fallen. But they have more to fall. Giving such a large incentive seems like a fake propping up of prices--something I'm never really going to support.
