Tip: What sort of deal are you looking for? I've got to hear your story, at least off the record, before I can offer immunity or anything like that. FYI...the more damning the evidence against rad, the more likely you'll get immunity. And of course I'll have to run any deal past my boss (weg) before it's finalized.

Your Honor, on the first point, the defendant was never held in police custody and, thus, no miranda warning would be required. As to the second point, the defendant has been and remains under his own recognizance because the defendant has made no "appearance before a judicial officer" as contemplated by 18 U.S.C. 3142.

So what's your story, Tip?

Well, AA, my story is not for the faint of heart. It began many years ago when Rad clandestinely accessed my webcam feed. He claimed to have obtained images of me in various stages of undress, and threatened to 'shop in various Pub members and publish them to some obscure TCU Scout site no one ever visits. So, faced with the prospect of images "showing" me and Ric Flair gettin it on, I was forced to assist him in his nefarious plans.

The first thing he demanded of me was that I take his picture in front of an Awesome Cougars sign. He claimed it was for his own private use. I was scarred by that photo session. WHen it was over, Rad confiscated the entire digital cam and sent me on my way. I don't know what became of those images, but a substantially altered one was later posted on this site. Im not sure how Mr. Wegian got ahold of it. Perhaps he should be called to testify as well.

Later on, his demands became more bizarre. Pink feather boas...rhinestone chaps...snakeskin boots...and Miller light beer. I was afraid he was going to demand that I engage in a 3some with him and Angelo, but it never happened, thankfully. Though, I did see the two of them exchanging fond glances on the way down the stairs at the local hotel.

One evening, he became enraged when I approached him unawares from behind...which was curious, as he never seemed to mind that before. I just managed to see what was on his screen before he closed the window. It was an odd list of usernames and passwords, many of people I now know to be members of this forum. They were in an odd shorthand and the message was addressed to someone named "Big_Daddy_G"

This happened around the same time I had been given an infraction by, I believe, Shane, for being too negative and trashing the Pub. I managed to parley my knowledge into an invite to this fine forum.

And that is all I know of this whole sordid affair.

That was badass.

Crossdressing, maybe. But you'd have to ask Hombre de Trombone, my new favorite nickname for a thin twink on a power trip.

Back on topic...I just went over the Pub and looked at the topics on the first page and man...there wasn't a single one that I wanted to click on. I laughed at the one that was something like "Which Shakespear play is better Hamlet or King Lear?"...I don't know why but that tickled me.

Yep...I saw that some time ago, clicked on the "join link" but didn't see any action there. I also forgot about that group on FB. Duh.....

I've not been very active on FB lately, or here, as ya'll know. I've just been so busy and then so tired at night. Old age, and all. :-(

School's out for the summer (Whoooo!) so I hope to have some time and energy to hang around the BA and check out GC again.

Mom7....I did make a post in the Boring Thread a few months ago and I also had no response from anyone. We need to go there together, start a thread and have a good ol' Gator time.
