There's lots of people that had the law not barred it I would have acted on my intentions for some form of revenge.

how do you walk around during the day without running into things?

i'll repeat it again...i don't know quite how it works but i know it feels like i intend to not walk into things.

or was your question just a slight? (not sure)

what i'm saying is that in order to be intentional in any meaningful way, that decision can't be caused by anything else. but if it's not caused by anything then it's random and arbitrary. i can't imagine any mechanism where a decision can be caused to happen intentionally without any cause and retain any moral value.

until we understand the mechanism of causation, i don't think it's fair to judge people based on the equation because i can't believe something actually happens simply because it feels like it happens.

earlier they were reporting he had been offered a deal w/ a recommended term of 18 to 36 months.

Nothing mentioned about the State charges. The DA there was going to bring charges that could amount to up to 40 years of time. I assume all of this is contingent on those state charges being dropped.

not that's he's pleaded guilty, am i right in understanding now that the state can prosecute for EACH dog found???? wow.

not sure rad, but it wouldn't surprise me if each dog was another count in their indictment. depends on the actual charges brought and the statutes.

any word on the sentence or when it will be handed down?

Dec. 10 is the sentencing date.

ironically enough...same day as a Mon. night game between the Saints and the....Falcons.
