UK at UF March 7

What, no thread? This game was actually televised in the DC area so I got to see it.

Good win for the Gators, though neither team was inspiring.

Also, here's to rubbing it in Joey's face.

Joey is so over this years UK team it isn't funny. That game was ugly at times but I'm glad that the Gators got the W. Hopefully they can get two in the SEC T and some how make it to the NCAA Tourney.

I was up at my Grandparent's house watching the game. I think the whole state is just over basketball this year. It really isn't looking good for Billy G at this point. The team has regressed and has gone to crap. Great win for the Gators and they probably should have won the first game. This UK team has no heart, has blocked Billy out and has no 3rd option. Great win Gator's, see them in the NIT with UK.

I just want to appear in the NCAA...then wait for next year...hopefully Calathes sticks around and Macklin should provide a much needed presence inside.

I am just thinking the only way UK or UF gets into the tourney is to win the SECT. I just don't see it happening and the SEC in general is just so weak this year. IF UF had Speights back or any inside presence they would be tough.

I think if UF can win Thurs and Friday they can get in. They will have an RPI around 48 and based on 2000-06 data, that gives them a 50% chance of getting in. Many more of the bubble teams are loosing too so it could be possible. Personally, I'll be surprised to see them pull it off but I'd love for them to get to the dance, even if they were one and done.

UK is one and done in the SEC Tourney. When they lost Saturday that was the first time since 1906-1907 season they had lost 4 games in a row to finish a season. 102 Freaking years!!!
