I bet it was because he had no pants on. Wasn't he just in a diaper and shirt or something?

Which is the dumbest thing in the world--you can't force kids to wear pants! They are little bleeping kids! How are you going to catch them to put pants on them?! Photobucket is obviously not a parent.
