Aw, shucks...you're making me blush here. I actually had to go over there to see what the heck you were talking about. My buddy TheMollusk gave some love to a bunch of us: "And the music threads have been dreary w/out ef, a1, ella, todd, et al..."

And knights is a property appraiser in the Orlando area or something. I remember him slagging real estate agents and mortgage brokers a bunch of times for their ethics.

They banned my log-in name, based on the IP I was using for the a1 and whatever the log-in I used for the raid. I may have to sign up for a new username while I'm in Ohio this weekend. Hmmm....

Going back over there, I dunno, maybe I've changed. But it sure seems like that place has lost all of its edginess. The longest thread they have is one where Matt placed a ban on babes thread, followed by five pages of people complaining about it.

no question...the BA has had an effect on the pub....in my mind, THERE IS NO QUESTION about that.

having said that, the pub usually quiets down during the off season...

i don't know much about slinky and gatorknights but i think those selections are weak...g8orbill (despite his lack of greatness) would've been a better selection. matt no doubt has interest in maintaining his stronghold on the pub...bill would give him a run for his money in terms of popularity imho.

but to get to a1s point, i agree that the pub has lost a lot of quality of late....i wouldn't mind cherry picking the best of the best posters over there.
