Is it just me or does it look like she has some medical condition? The nose and the lips look more than just super fat. They look malformed or something.

I wish my friend's brother could see this...he's a neurosurgeon who diagnoses people he sees in public out of sheer habit. Don't worry, he does it quietly and respectfully--behind their back.
Could be acromegaly. She's no Andre the Giant, though.

My wife has this disease but she sure as hell doesn't look like that, Thank God. It developed after her second pregnancy and caused her bones to grow in mass.....

With medication her growth hormone is being kept in check for the time being.
