What's the deal on recruiting violation?

Last night on the local news there was a quick mention that Urban Meyer was under investigation for a recruiting violation but didn't say anything more. I called Bill and he said that was old news. There was supposedly some kid in CA that he was recruiting who had a girlfriend that was a gymnast and there was talk that UM was recruiting her too? Bill said it was already settled and that it wasn't true. I was just wondering what you all know or if there is a link anywhere.

whatever he did, according to the school was not a violation, and even if it is, it is a "minor" "secondary" violation and would not cause us to lose out on the kid in question (Carl Moore)
