pman's computer will not restore. He tried to do a complete and nothing, can you help with that. Also he tried to load xp on mine and nothing. Oh he said on his it will not even load anymore. Ok, remember keep it simple.

Just had that same problem with mine. They told me I needed a new hard drive.
