I think my boys in blue could have beaten them without this but hey I'll take it. Just hope F$U doesn't pull out the win because then UK will never hear the end of that.

I did the same thing TTBHG. In fact, I didn't post the article hear because I didn't want fuckers like you moving that game up like I did. And Joe, I too believed that UK was going to win that game by 7-10 to begin with.

If Franz is correct then they are really stupid. They got caught because our good friend, Geno Hayes aka. Mr. Geno I'm gonna take Tebow out Hayes, completed his test in 8 minutes. What a dumbass. Did he not think the computer keeps track of things like that? Below is the quote from Franz, who is very well connected. If he reports it, I tend to believe it.

3. DID GENO STRIKE AGAIN?: There is an interesting story that might have some legs that Geno Hayes may be the one who upset the SOW academic applecart. As the story goes, Geno got all the answers ahead of time and took an online test in eight minutes, which caused the professor to flag the test ... and subsequently that has opened up the latest can of worms in Tallahassee. First he runs his mouth about Tim Tebow and Florida ... and we know how that turned out ... and now maybe he is the source of an NCAA investigation that may shake the FSU football program by its foundations? Not only that, if the Semis find a way to lose --- and my guess is they're going to lose handily if all these stories of player suspensions for cheating are true --- this will be the SECOND straight year with six losses for SOW.

Delightful news.

I've said it before on here -- I worked in the academic advising and tutoring wing of UFAA for six years during the Spurrier heyday. And we ran a tight ship.

One thing Jeremy Foley did not want to have to do on his watch is take rings off the hands of another Gator team that had won them on the field. So he put good, honest people in charge, and he kept an eye on things. He was a good boss and brooked no bullshit.

Consequently we've stayed very clean for going on 20 years. Sure, there have been problems -- dumb-ass kids punching someone or beating up their girlfriends; the Tank Black thing -- but what's in-house is run well.

I told y'all Geno was player of the year.

And I had the same experience as Toothy when I was a TA in grad school. I caught a football player plagiarizing a paper he turned in to me, so I failed him for the course, per school policy. I got an email from his advisor after grades were posted, asking me why he failed. I answered him and he thanked me. Kid was suspended from the team and he transferred a semester later.

Adding: One semester I had one of the student managers of the men's basketball team as a student. That kid used to fill me in on all the behind the scenes stuff that was going on with the team after class. That was awesome.

so I guess then this would be the wrong place to state I know a former athlete that had an exam grade changed in his favor by a TA?

I do not believe said athlete was aware of the change, and no, I was not the TA (I was never a TA).

LOL i just remember sitting next to football players in class and seeing their 'study guides', which weren't publicly mentioned in the class syllabus, that somehow had the exact number of blanks as there were answers to the question. and then those questions showed up on the test.

not that i give a fuck about football players getting a heads up. i'm just sayin. it's tough for me to care about an athlete cheating because they all get a ridiculous amount of help if they want it. just my experience. it never bothered me a bit.

You weren't the TA, so different set of circumstances than my experience where I was the kid's TA.

Hell, there was a fraternity at UWF that had a ton of answers to tests. In fact, the guy who taught business law had been giving the same damn tests for 15 years so everyone in the back of the class knew the answers. We were smarter than Geno though and we got some wrong and took our time.
