Urban was offered a vote and turned it down. I remember him talking about that last year.

Yeah I remember that. It was during the lead up to the national title game when everyone's vote was getting chastised. He said basically that his focus is on winning football games and doesn't watch other teams unless it is game film to prepare so he was not qualified to rank them accurately.
