How do we take a picture of a screen shot from a website and post it in a message?

Use the "Print Screen" (or "Prt Scr") key on your keyboard.
Open up your image editor of choice and "Paste" the image.
Save it.
Upload it to your image host of choice.
Use the tag to post it.

OK, another stupid question - for image editor, what programs do I use? I don't know if I have anything for this. Thanks.

save the file (right click, save as), right click on the file using windows explorer (not internet explorer) and 'open with' paintshop to edit the pic you've saved.
