important to note that in the authentication portion of you logins (which is a one shot deal if you check the box marked 'log me automatically'), this is where you login by using [redacted]

now that you're authenticated, you need to login in for your individual account (again, if you check off 'login automatically' it will be a one shot deal), type in your username and follow with the password [redacted] (unless you've changed it)

toothy, apex, and hoppy were having problems...hope you're fixed.
