That said, here is this week's preview. The game will be broadcast from Jacksonville by CBS at 3:30 p.m.

Bulldogs - seriously, is that the best you can do, Georgia? That is THE most common mascot in Division I sports. Hell, Mississippi State has the same damn one and they're in our conference! Dammit, Georgia, get your shit together! [/TD]

Georgia is 6-1, with its only loss being a 35-7 drubbing by South Carolina. Florida is 7-0, having just beaten the Gamecocks 44-11 in Gainesville. As usual, the pre-season hype said that Georgia was a world-beater but when the games were actually played, the Dawgs have failed to impress. It took an career-best performance by quarterback Aaron Murray to beat Kentucky last week, for fuck's sake!
Analysis
Look, if you don't know what's what by this point in the season, I can't help you, but I'll try to sum up. The Gators have a great defense and an unproductive offense (that somehow manages not to fuck up too bad). Georgia's defense is not so hot and its offense is fair-to-middlin'. On special teams, the Gators clearly dominate, with an outstanding punter and place-kicker.
Of course, there are some intangibles: it's a rivalry game. Also, Coach Muschamp has never been on the winning side in this game - as a player (for Georgia? SRSLY?) he was 0-4, and he lost his only game against the Dawgs as a coach last year.
Prediction
Fuck Georgia!
