Vargas is rated as the 10th best 2008 prospect by Rivals, and the 30th by Scout. He's a highly skilled big and is probably the #2 prospect in the state of Florida, the #1 guy being current AAU and high school teammate, Kenny Boynton (top 10 2009 shooting guard...the guy is said to one of the best scorers in the country). Woohoo!!!
