Any given reason as to why? How bad did things get there under him? haven't been back in a while.

He wasn't terrible but I don't think he elevated the prestige of the university. My big problem with him is his campaign against alcohol.

Good freakin riddance. I'm glad he's gone. I agree 100%. We need another Lombardi.
