Eh, not really going to work. Pure ethanol freezes at around -118 degrees Celsius. If'n you're trying to freeze an alcoholic beverage, its freezing point depends on how much alcohol is in it. Most consumer-grade freezers don't get more than a few degrees below the freezing point of water, so any ice cubes you make are going to be mostly water, regardless of the alcohol content.

A better practice toward chilling your drinks is to use whiskey stones.
