I am definitely concerned about USF. But then Ole Miss losing and Auburn having trouble as well with their cupcakes, is making feel a little better. The snap problem is unacceptable. The defense gave me no reason for concern but I feel like it's Urban's first year with Chris Leak in that I cringe everytime the offense takes the field.
Okay, let's try this!

Here's my thing. WHY DID WE NEVER SEE ROBEY AT CENTER? If he's good enough to be in the 2 deep then he should be ready to play at a moment's notice. Are we that thin at center? They should've moved Pouncey out to G and brought in Robey, no? The snaps were unacceptable.

Is it just me or are our coaches the worst ever at adjusting and making both personnel and play calls during games? The OL in general seemed to SUCK ASSSSSS.

Oh and fuck throwing passes to the line of scrimmage. I hate that shit. Maybe that hatred goes back to the OL's lack of competence in blocking one of the worst teams in the MAC, I dunno.

p.s. I love you Janoris.

Yeah. When it's hard times for the Gator offense, it stays hard times until someone busts a long one.

At least we didn't get beat by Jacksonville State today, I'll say that. That would suck worse.

During today's game did anyone have flashbacks to when the Zooker was coach? I really felt like Ron Zook was roaming the sidelines.

Yes Wes. I thought Ed Zaunbrecker was in the building somewhere. We were throwing that east to west shit. It was driving me fucking nuts. I really don't think Adazzio is a good OC. I had issues with them last season too.

I don't know why Pouncey and Brandley weren't practicing snaps on the sidelines while the defense was on the field.

My Mom talked with Brantley's Dad and Robey's Dad after the game. Robey is apparently injured. He got dinged up in practice this week.

And I agree with Todd about Adazzio. I think he's got the energy to be an offensive line coach, but I don't think he has the brains or creativity to be an offensive coordinator.

Did anyone else see Brantley and Robey practicing on the sideline with seconds to go in the game? I thought it was a little late for that. I started to feel bad for Pouncey because he was obviously frustrated too.

Count me in the "Not an Adazzio Fan" club.

Concur with this. I think John Brantley should have thrown a long ball on his very first snap. I kept thinking that Spurrier would be in heaven with him as his QB and we've got an OC who is just very bland. Run, run, run, short throw...run, run, run, short throw. Bah.
Okay, let's try this!

It would be interesting to see a chart of UF OCs and DCs over the last 20 years, matched up to the team record. Losing good ones is always a blow. But what are you gonna do? That's the game.

Saw someone reported on GC Robey was not 100% due to an injury in practice. I assume the snapping problem and the offense will be much improved against USF when Carl Johnson and Nixon are back on the field.

I agree completely. The was the most pathetic game I have seen in a long time.

Brantley didn't air it out too much. And Why The F do we do tha stupid f'ing up the middle play constantly???? It didn't work last year - TAKE IT OUT OF THE F'ING BOOK!

I am very nervous about this season now.

The WR's weren't blocking at all. That was some of the issue with why some of the east-to-west plays weren't working. No blocking on the edge.

There was a lot of no blocking period, going on.

The only positive thing about that game was the final score.

Well, I guess we had a decent defense, but come on, it was Miami of Ohio.

We should have what is the starting O-line back and mostly healthy for USF. I will say that I'm a little uneasy about the USF game. I mean I was just a little worried before. Watching this game did nothing to ease that.

Yeah, USF tends to creep up and win the ones they shouldn't and lose the ones they shouldn't as well. They have new coach too, so there really is no telling. They have AWESOME helmets and shoulder pads though (shamelss plug).
Okay, let's try this!
