You dont know how awesome this feels. The years of growing up and watching Uk blow games at the end kind of the like the UF game 4 years ago. Almost comical. The last time UK beat a top 10 team I was 5 months old. UF looked good, my boys won. Everything is right up here in Franklin,Tn

there's nothing like soaking in a great win is there?
today was special for me because i think it exorcised the spooks i've had about tenessee since 2001. that 01 tennessee game was one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life.

that was the last game i saw as a student in bhg (moved to end of season due to hurricane whatever). miserable. terrible memories. we silently left the stadium to forget it ever happened.
great game, joey! cool that the qb found his mom to hug too.

actually it was moved because that game was originally scheduled for 9/15...just 4 days after the towers came down.that was the last game i saw as a student in bhg (moved to end of season due to hurricane whatever). miserable. terrible memories. we silently left the stadium to forget it ever happened.

i blame the damn terrorists for that loss. Tennessee sucked in September (injuries and whatnot I think) and we could have taken them. by September the Vols were healed and playing at full speed.
i definitely shed a few tears in the stadium at the end of that fucking game.

That game was maddening on many levels. As AA already mentioned - we had those bastards beat by 3 TDs minimum if we play in September. We had Graham injured and they were back healthy and back on track. Not to mention we couldn't stop the simple I-formation Half-back Dive...I think Travis Stephens is still running...asshole.
On another note. Congrats to Joe and his W(m)ildcats (sorry, Joe - still had to do that) for joining the ranks of the....well....ranked. 21 in the AP and 23 in the Coaches' polls.

Me too. Should have been a defensive holding call on the guy convering Jabar Gaffney on the two-point conversion at the end. Oh well, the past is past.that was the last game i saw as a student in bhg

Totally badass result for the Big Blue -- heartfelt congratulations to Kentucky and its fans from Tville.
(Oh, and I hear that Bengals smack stays fresh if you screw the lid on real tight and freeze it.)
